General Questions
What services do you offer?
We provide interior painting, cabinet refinishing, wallpaper installation, mural painting, faux finishes, full residential painting, and small commercial painting. When small drywall issues need to be addressed to make the finished work look right, we take care of that too.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry proper insurance, so both your home and our team are protected. We will also send you a copy of our insurance for your records.
How long will my project take?
Most interior projects take anywhere from a few days to about a week, depending on the size and scope. Rest assured, you will always know the timeline before we begin.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Little Rock, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Cabot, Ward, Austin, Beebe, and Vilonia. If you don’t see your area listed, feel free to reach out anyway. If we are unable to take your project, we’re happy to connect you with a reputable company that can.
How are you different from other painting companies?
When we start a job, we stay until it’s done. We don’t jump from project to project. Your home is our full focus during that time, which leads to better quality, better communication, and a smoother experience all around.
Can I schedule the appointment at a time that’s most convenient for me?
Yes. We will work within business hours to find a time that fits your schedule.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not always. Many homeowners go about their day while we work, as long as we have access to the space.
How do you protect my home and belongings?
Floors, furniture, and anything nearby are carefully covered and protected so your home stays clean and safe while we work.
How soon can you start?
Most projects are scheduled around six weeks out, but in some cases, we can start sooner based on availability.
How does your process work?
It starts with learning what you want. From there, we schedule the work, prepare the space, complete the project with care, and finish with a walkthrough to ensure everything is in order.
Will your painters come to my home or business for the estimate and the actual job?
Yes. Seeing the space in person allows us to give accurate information and make sure the work is done the right way.
Do I need to prepare anything before your team arrives?
We have a document that we send out on what to do to prepare for us ahead of time, but most prep is handled by our crew.
Painting and Materials
What paint brands do you use?
For cabinet refinishing and residential repaints, we use Renner Italia. It’s a high-quality, water-based, two-part paint system that gives us a durable, professional finish. For other projects, we typically use a mix of Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore based on the scope of work.
How many coats of paint do you apply?
Most projects receive two coats for even, long-lasting coverage, with additional coats added if needed.
Can you help me choose colors?
Yes. We have an in-house color consultant with a background in interior design who will meet with you on site and help you choose colors that fit your style, lighting, and existing furnishings.
Do you offer eco-friendly or low-VOC paint options?
Yes. We use water-based paints and low and zero-VOC paints for a cleaner, low-odor finish.
Prep & Clean Up
Do I need to move my furniture?
No. Moving and protecting furniture is part of our job. If you’d like to prep ahead of time, we’re happy to let you know what helps most, but you’re never expected to handle that on your own.
What happens if you find damage during prep?
We talk it through with you before moving forward, so there are no surprises.
Do you handle repairs before painting?
Yes. Small holes, cracks, and drywall issues are repaired first, so the final paint looks smooth and professional.
Do you clean up after the job?
Always. Floors are swept, surfaces are wiped down, and all trash is taken with us.

How do you price your work?
Pricing is based on the size of the space, the surfaces being painted, and the prep required.
Is my estimate final or can pricing change?
Your estimate reflects the agreed scope of work. If something unexpected comes up, it’s discussed before any changes are made.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. All estimates are free and come with no obligation.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit on the first day we arrive to begin your project. Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
